OWNER/GENERAL MANAGER

With over 30 years of industry experience, Brendan Jones is the Owner and Manager of BJH&C. Brendan’s extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise have been the driving force behind the company’s success and its commitment to delivering exceptional service. Brendan is dedicated to ensuring that every customer receives the best possible service at the right price. His focus on quality and value has established BJH&C as a trusted name in the industry. Outside of work, Brendan loves hitting the golf course, 4x4 adventures and spending time with his wife Tash, family & friends.

OFFICE MANAGER

Kristy joined BJH&C a decade ago and brings over 30 years of extensive experience in administration to her role. Her dedication ensures that our administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently. Kristy always aims to provide exceptional support and care contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our clients. When not at work, Kristy enjoys spending time with family and friends, cherishing the moments that matter most.

SALES & SERVICE MANAGER

Tom brings over 20 years of experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic, having recently worked in Melbourne for a large portion of his career. Growing up in Rutherglen, Tom has recently moved back to the area, bringing his extensive expertise and local knowlegde to our team. In his spare time, Tom enjoys catching up with family and friends, as well as indulging in his passion for car racing.

OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR

Rick joined BJH&C in 2020, bringing with him many years of experience in the heating and cooling industry. He works closely with our building clients and expertly manages ordering, scheduling, and stock, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and keeping the team well-organised. Rick’s extensive background and meticulous approach play a crucial role in our operational efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and taking day trips to explore the beautiful regions around us.

Senior Plumber

Ryan has been a valued member of BJ&C since 2016 when he began his Plumbing Apprenticeship. Known for his exceptional work ethic and positive attitude, Ryan is an integral part of our team, consistently delivering top-notch plumbing solutions with a smile. A dedicated team player, Ryan brings a wealth of experience and a cheerful demeanour to every project. His commitment to quality and reliability ensures that our clients receive the best service possible. In his spare time Ryan keeps himself busy playing rugby and golf and spending time with his young family on weekends.

Senior Plumber

Logan has been a valued member of the BJH&C team since 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a ‘can do’ attitude. Known for his excellent teaching and leadership skills, he also plays a key role in guiding and assisting younger staff. Outside of work, Logan enjoys keeping fit and sports including basketball and footy, currently playing for Yackandandah Football Club.

PLUMBER

Mitch embarked on a Plumbing Apprenticeship with BJH&C in mid 2021. He quickly established himself as a conscientious and quiet achiever, demonstrating both dedication and skill in his role. Always eager to help and full of energy, Mitch positively contributes to our team’s dynamic. Outside of work, he enjoys hanging out with friends, motorbike riding, and camping.

Electrician

Will joined our team in early 2023 while completing his Electrical Apprenticeship. Known for his hard work and willingness to take on challenges, Will quickly earned his place as a respected, dedicated and proactive member of our team. In his spare time, Will enjoys hanging out with friends, camping, hunting, and 4x4 driving. He is also a committed player for the Dederang Football Club.
